We are not responsible for the improper use of the products purchased on this site.

The products on this site are produced in pre-order, it is not always possible to have an item ready immediately, it is our care to always inform you of the waiting times, if necessary.

Refunds and Returns:

Returns can be made and a refund can only be received if the request is made within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
The product will need to be repackaged and sent back to us.
Shipping costs are at your expense.
We will then issue the refund.

Warranty:

On all products purchased on this site we provide a 24 month warranty, from the moment of purchase, in case of malfunctions and/or manufacturing defects.

We do not offer guarantees on consumable components , for example: batteries, wheels, brakes or other components, any exceptions will be specified for each product. If nothing is specified, the product is fully covered by warranty.

Shipping
We only rely on express couriers, we will communicate the tracking code after the shipment of the product.

  • In Italy the average shipping time is 24/48 hours.
  • In France, Germany, Spain it may take up to 3/5 working days.
  • Islands, UK, etc. may take about 5/7 working days.
  • Abroad: United States, Canada, etc. it may take up to 15 business days and you may be charged additional customs fees.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.

If the product arrives damaged, you must inform us andwithin 8 days of receipt of the goods of any damages.
We will initiate the product return process and send the new product or send the replacement part if it is possible to replace it.

Billing
